ITALIAN MINESTRONE WITH PARSNIP, FENNEL, BARLEY & PINTO BEANS
Our minestrone is a thick Italian soup laden with tomato, parsnip, pearl barley, fennel and pinto beans. Seasoned with herbs and spices including oregano, paprika, fennel seeds, chilli and allspice.
